Frequently Asked Questions

How is your store ethical and environmentally conscious?

We’re committed to kindness - to people, animals, and the planet. That’s why we choose cruelty-free, fair trade and sustainably sourced materials, and only work with suppliers whose values align with our own. We package all our products with biodegradable or recyclable materials, and recycle 100% of the packaging received to us too. For further information, head over to our policies page where you’ll find our full Ethical Policy.

How long does my order take to prepare for delivery?

Salt + Sigil is a one witch, one wilding show, and every order is packed with care and intention. Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be prepared before dispatch. If you need something urgently, feel free to get in touch and we’ll do our absolute best to help.

Do you offer gift wrapping and gift messages?

All our orders are packaged beautifully as standard and ready to gift straight out the box. Receipts are always sent via email to reduce paper waste so no need to worry there either. If you’d like to include a personalised message, just leave us a note at checkout and we’ll gladly add it for you.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not at this time. While some of our materials are sourced globally due to the nature of the craft, we’ve chosen to keep our shipping within the UK to reduce additional carbon impact. It’s a way we can tread a little lighter, and honour the balance between sourcing meaningful pieces and staying mindful of our footprint.

What is your returns policy?

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we do accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Please read our Returns Policy for full details.
